You can receive your Self Realization (connection with your Self) while sitting in front of your computer. The only condition is your sincere desire to have it. If it is possible, pls place both your feet on the ground (connection to Mother Earth). If you are comfortable, you may like to sit on the floor (this is optional).
During the experience please place your left hand with the palm upwards on your lap and place the right palm on your heart.
Take deep breaths and bring your attention slowly to the top of the head. Relax and enjoy.
Shri Mataji's photo has the vibrations to awaken your kundalini energy within. Desire for your realisation (the awakening of the Kundalini).
Repeat 7 times from your heart:
Mother/Shri Mataji, please give me my self-realisation.
Close your eyes and try to keep your attention on the top of the head.
If there are thoughts, please say from your heart "I forgive these thoughts", "I forgive myself and I forgive everyone".
